Today, many A-Level students will receive their academic grades before deciding their next move. For some school leavers, this could mean going down the university route, while some will take on an apprenticeship. Others will likely head straight into employment. With a portion of school leavers likely looking to find a job in the coming weeks and months, it is crucial that employers and HR think about how they can attract school leavers into the business.
