As the pandemic has drastically changed the way employees work, the company needed to react in kind to this shift. The credit reporting organisation has been constantly speaking to its workforce through surveys, focus groups and conversations to find out what its team needs during this crisis. Following on from speaking to staff, the company is making sure that TransUnion employees feel engaged, with both HR and managers playing a part in creating this feeling for it’s staff. From these discussions, TransUnion have come up with a hybrid work model which will aim to accommodate employees’ needs and reduce stress and anxiety. This is all part of a HR masterplan.
