Restaurant chain Prezzo is set to close all of its eateries on Boxing Day and will give staff a pay boost next month – BBC reported. All staff would see their wages increase by an average of four per cent, the firm said, with the wage of its managers set to increase by an average of five per cent. This news comes as the Italian-themed restaurant brand is the latest firm to deploy initiatives as the sector struggles to attract and retain top talent.
