Entertainment and news publisher LADbible Group last week announced the introduction of a new initiative called ‘LADfamily’. The initiative is comprised of a suite of family-friendly policies aimed at supporting the group’s global workforce, including those now working in new offices based in Ireland and across Asia-Pacific territories. The primary policies that make up the new ‘LADfamily’ initiative include fully paid leave for pregnancy loss, fertility treatment and a workplace nursery benefit, allowing employees to recover tax savings on childcare costs in their local areas.
