After a lengthy period of time working from home during the coronavirus crisis, many employees are feeling reluctant to return to a physical workplace setting. It seems that UK employers are aware of this and are aiming to tempt office-based staff back to the workplace after 18 months of working remotely by offering perks and incentives to get workers back to their desks.
