New research from Cartwright and Butler has revealed the industries that are spending the most amount of money on staff in terms of work perks each year. The data revealed that marketing professionals have an average of £1,179.56 spent per person per year, meaning that they came out on top. This was closely followed by financial/professional service employees (£1,091.60 p/y) and construction workers (£967.39 p/y). On the flip side, the industry with the least amount of money spent on workers is the third sector at just £332.62 per year.
